General Office & Operations Assistant
Small, but fast-paced media non-profit is seeking well organized assistant with office experience. This is a ground floor opportunity and position has growth potential. This is a two-day (16 hours) part time position. Pay rate is $10/hour. In addition to assisting Innovations & Programs Officer with special projects, the candidate for this position would be ideally skilled with but not limited to:
- Performing clerical duties, including faxing, filing, and copying
- Filing and organizing office needs including material supplies
- Intern/ Volunteer recruitment and coordination
- Administrative duties as assigned

Media Equipment Computer Associate
Small, but fast-paced media non-profit is seeking well organized assistant with skills maintaining computer and audio/visual equipment, managing a media library, and general office skills. This is a ground floor opportunity and position has growth potential. Ideal candidate may be an arts institute or university student or individual with similar technical & media skills. This is a part time position (16 hours a week) that is best suited as a 4 hours a day for 4 days/ either as a morning (8-12) or afternoon shift (1-5). Pay rate is $10/hour. In addition to assisting Innovations & Programs Officer with special projects, the candidate for this position would be ideally skilled with but not limited to:
- Maintaining and archiving media library
- Creating and posting Quicktime videos to web

Bilingual Acquisition Assistant at Maya
This position will provide administrative support to the Head of Acquisitions and the Director of Acquisitions for Maya Entertainment.
Responsibilities /Required Qualifications/Skills:

Account Executive at Entertainment PR Firm
