Individuals who support our organization and mission commit themselves, their companies or their fundraising efforts to $10,000 each year. They receive acknowledgement on our letterhead, logo and hyperlink at our website, a full page ad in the Latino Media Resource Guide plus accommodations at Conference 10 in Newport Beach, California April 16 – 19, 2009
Latino Writer’s Lab Underwriter – May & September 2009
$25,000; $10,000; $5,000
This program selects 15-20 Latino/a screen and long-form television writers from around the country to travel to New Mexico in the spring, California in the fall, where they work intensively on craft, develop their business relationships, meet with funders and representatives, plus have in-depth mentoring of their work-in-progress. Sponsors are acknowledged in all marketing and workshop materials, at the lab, and on the NALIP website.

Latino Producers Academy™ Sponsor - August 2009

LPA Meet-the-Makers Latino Film Screening, Artists/Fellows Reception
$10,000; $5,000
Like the Sundance Labs, this program is by invitation to 30 select film, television and public television documentary producers. They attend the ten-day August intensive in Santa Fe on full scholarship, have access to professional instructors, and meet with mentors on their projects. Half of the documentary makers attend with their rough cuts and editors. Four of the producers attend with directors who work with casts and professional crews on scenes from their projects. Underwriters are acknowledged in all marketing and workshop materials, in press and related articles, plus on the NALIP website.
Sponsorship goes to underwriting the producers and instructors. The Academy Performers may be underwritten individually, as can the opening and closing night receptions in Santa Fe, events that are open to hosts and sponsors.
Latino Media Resource Guide™ Sponsor – Fall 2008
$10,000; $5,000
A sponsorship of this printed guide and on-line database without the full commitment of Trusteeship entitles the sponsor to a full-page color or black and white ad and copy of the Resource Guide, distributed to 5000+ makers, funders, studios, networks and agencies.

NALIP’s Tenth National Conference, Exito y Visión: A Decade of Influence will take place in Newport Beach, California, April 16 -19, 2009. NALIP Board members David Ortiz and Frances Negron-Muntaner will co-chair this weekend of seminars and case-studies, luncheons, showcases and awards as we examine and celebrate the past ten years in the Latino/a media field. This annual event offers an ideal way to reach out to film and television makers as well as national Latino leaders and influential industry and community members.
